Meet the Founder and President of Innovation Process Design

Lee Kuntz has over 20 years of experience helping companies transform their processes for improved results.

While working with service organizations, Lee noticed that certain businesses constantly strove to improve themselves and, as a result, increased their value to their customers. She also came to understand the strategies and tactics needed to successfully complete transformation projects and create a “continuous improvement” competitive advantage.

After launching Innovation Process Design, Lee quickly proved to her expanding client base how her methodologies created ongoing success.

Lee is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Her graduate work includes a Masters in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Finance and Strategic Management from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
